Jose Banuelos Parra

Jose Banuelos Parra, 58, of Bryan passed away Thursday, January 14, 2021. Funeral Services are set for 11AM Monday, January 18 at Santa Teresa Catholic Church. Father Victor Mayorga will officiate and burial will follow at the Bryan City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8PM Sunday, January 17 with a 6PM Rosary in the Chapel of Trevino-Smith Funeral Home.
Born November 5, 1962 in SLP Mexico, he was the son of Gabriel and Maria De Jesus (Parra) Banuelos. He enjoyed old Spanish westerns as well as old time movies. Jose loved going to rodeos when he got the chance. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother and will be missed by all who knew him.
He is parents; a sister and one brother precede him in death.
Jose leaves behind to cherish his memories, his loving wife of 36 years Florencia Banuelos; three sons, Jose Banuelos and Maria Guadalupe, Benjamin Banuelos and Moria , and Jesus Banuelos; two daughters, Imelda and Ines Gutierrez, and Gabriela and Juan Rodriguez; three brothers, Bernabe Banuelos, Ruben Banuelos, and Sixto Banuelos; four sisters, Maria De Jesus Zapata, Maria De La Luz Hernandez, Ana Maria Banuelos, and Maria Isabel Martinez; he also leaves nine grandchildren, Lupita, Francisca, Gabriel, Fabian, Juan Jr., Martin, Mauricio, Sophea, and Benjamin.
