     Cristo Rey Ramos Torres, 27, of Hearne, Texas passed away Tuesday, October 13. Funeral Services are set for 10AM Wednesday, October 21st at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Hearne, with burial to follow in the Norwood Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 5 to 8PM Tuesday, October 20th in the Chapel of Trevino-Smith Funeral Home. Father Ramon will officiate.

Cristo Rey was born on August 11, 1993 in Matehuala, San Luis Potosi, Mexico to Armando and Maria Eva Torres.  He loved video games and soccer and was well known and loved by his family and many friends.

     He is survived by his parents, Armando and Maria Eva; three sisters, Estefania Ramos, Evelyn Ramos and Jocelyn Ramos; as well as numerous cousins, aunts, uncle and beloved friends.
