Bernabe (Ben) M. Zavala, de 58 años, de Bryan falleció el martes 6 de septiembre de 2022. Nacido el 22 de mayo de 1964 en Moroleón, México, era hijo de Guadalupe Zavala y Elvira (Mendez) Zavala. ¡Ben era un gran trabajador, un hombre práctico y un mecánico que ayudó a mantener los clubes de golf Pebble Creek y Traditions por un total de 30 años! Era un experto en mantenimiento de campos de golf y trabajos mecánicos. Fue un gran esposo, padre y abuelo; era un devoto hombre de familia. Su cantante favorito era Marco Antonio Solis (Los Bukis). Ben amaba su camioneta y siempre la mantenia detallada y en perfectas condiciones; también le encantaba pasar tiempo con su esposa dando paseos nocturnos por el parque.

Su padre, Guadalupe, y un hijo le preceden en la muerte.

Bernabé deja atrás para atesorar sus recuerdos, su amada esposa durante 35 años, Maribel (Beltran) Zavala; su querida madre, Elvira; un hijo, Alex Reyes; dos hijas, Alejandra Zavala y Crystal Mabel Zavala; tres hermanos, Guadalupe Zavala, Jesús Zavala y Roberto Zavala; cuatro hermanas, Belén Zavala, Celia Zavala, Rosa Zavala y Carmela Zavala; tres adorables nietos; y numerosos familiares y amigos.

Bernabe (Ben) M. Zavala, 58, of Bryan passed away on Tuesday, September 6, 2022. A Funeral Service is set for 12 PM Sunday, September 11 in the Chapel of Treviño-Smith Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 PM on Saturday, September 10 in the Chapel of Treviño-Smith Funeral Home.

Born on May 22, 1964 in Moroleón, Mexico, he was the son of Guadalupe Zavala and Elvira (Mendez) Zavala. Ben was a hard-worker, handy man, and mechanic who helped maintain the golf course clubs Pebble Creek and Traditions for a total of 30 years! He was an expert in golf course maintenance and mechanical work. He was a great husband, father, and grandfather; he was a devoted family man. His favorite singer was Marco Antonio Solis (Los Bukis). Ben loved his truck and always kept it detailed and in pristine condition; he also loved spending time with his wife by going on evening walks in the park.

His father, Guadalupe, and one son precede him in death.

Bernabe leaves behind to treasure his memories, his loving wife of 35 years, Maribel (Beltran) Zavala; his loving mother, Elvira; one son, Alex Reyes; two daughters, Alejandra Zavala, and Crystal Mabel Zavala; three brothers, Guadalupe Zavala, Jesus Zavala, and Roberto Zavala; four sisters, Belen Zavala, Celia Zavala, Rosa Zavala, and Carmela Zavala; three adorable grandchildren; as well as numerous family and friends.
