       Linda Diane Russell, 72, of Bryan passed away Saturday, March 31, 2018. A gathering of friends and family will be held from 4-6PM on Thursday, April 5 in the Chapel of Trevino-Smith Funeral Home.

       Born September 7, 1945 in Mojave, California she was the daughter of Edwin Cole and Joyce Fae (Johnson) Russell. Linda loved the coast, gardening, listening to classical music and her two dogs, Paco and Pepper.

       She is preceded in death by her parents.

       Linda leaves behind to cherish her memories, two daughters, Amy Esther and husband Norman Herrick, and Kelly Plagens;   two brothers, Charles Edwin Russell and wife Carolyn, and Justin J. Russell and wife Lynn; one sister, Peggy Joyce Weatherford; grandchildren, Justin Jet Hutto and wife Chelsea, Madeline Diane Plagens, and Lillian Beth Plagens; close family friend, Roy Lynn Wiese; and numerous nieces and nephews.
