Benito Luis Rodriguez, 67, of Bryan passed away Saturday, March 23, 2019. Funeral Services are set for 11:00 AM Saturday, March 30 in Santa Teresa Catholic Church with burial to follow in the Bryan City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8PM Friday, March 29 in the Chapel of Trevino-Smith Funeral Home.

Born December 21, 1951 in Donna, TX he was the son of Benito and Martha (Luis) Rodriguez. Benito enjoyed listening to music, feeding the birds, and gardening. He was a family man who loved his grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Hilda Rodriguez; a brother, Arturo Rodriguez; a grandson, Isaiah Yzaguirre; and father-in-law, Francisco Lopez.

Benito leaves behind to cherish his memories, his loving wife, Evangelina Rodriguez; two sons, Abel Rodriguez, and Mario Rodriguez; two daughters, Rosalinda and Salo Lopez, and Elisa and Adam Yzaguirre; four brothers, Jorge Rodriguez and wife Martha, Servardo Rodriguez and wife Ludith, Sergio Rodriguez, and Edwardo Rodriguez; a sister, Aurora Rodriguez; nine grandchildren, Adrian and Marlene Lopez, Jasmine and Carlos Quevedo, Rianna Narro, Leslie Lopez, Trinity Rodriguez, Myra Rodriguez, Ayden Yzaguirre, Miguel Lopez, and Noah Yzaguirre; one great-grandchild, Jocelyn Lopez.
